We are instructors of Art:
"arthome" has been established since 2004, and is dedicated to arousing everyone's interest in art and enriching everyone's lives. We aim to teach various art media and visual elements to stimulate students' creativity.
Carl, Cheng Chi Ming
Born in 1971 in Hong Kong, where he lives and works, Carl Cheng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and received his Master of Fine Art from the RMIT University with the Outstanding MFA Achievement Award in 2008. He works with all kinds of media but mainly installation and drawing. His works feature issues on urbanism, human condition and game theory. Cheng held solo exhibitions in 1998, 2001, 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2018, and was awarded Bloomberg Emerging Artist in 2009. He has been invited to work on many site-specific installations including Soaring Dragon, a work commissioned by the Esplanade Theatres on the Bay Singapore for the Huayi Chinese Festival of Arts in 2014.
